World Central Kitchen is an amazing organization because they bring fresh, comforting meals to people when they need them most after disasters and crises. I am inspired by their belief that a warm meal can bring not only nourishment, but also hope and comfort. As a young chef, I believe food has the power to bring people together and make a real difference in our communities. Their work inspires me to use my love of cooking to help others and give back. I hope that through Soph Cooks, I can follow their example because even little chefs with big hearts can help make the world a better place.
